WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CBD

What is CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is one of more than hundred organic compounds, called cannabinoids, found in the Hemp plant. Cannabinoids supports our body and mind’s natural processes, by boosting our endocannabinoid system (ECS).

ECS regulates, among other things: sleep, immune response, stress inflammation, pain, metabolism and appetite.

CBD is known for its capabilities to increase focus, stamina and energy, and reduce stress and inflammation, and is thus also an effective longevity agent.

How does CBD Work?

CBD has a positive effect on the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS). ECS regulates, among other things: sleep, immune response, stress, inflammation, pain, metabolism and appetite. Balancing these functions is important for a long and healthy life.

CBD also affects homeostasis, which is the body’s self-regulating processes to maintain stability as it adapt to the conditions that are best for the body’s survival. For example: temperature, body fluids, blood pressure and blood sugar.

This is why CBD is so effective and has such a wide range of effects. If you use CBD, as intended, you will be able to balance your sleep and appetite, and boost your everyday energy, focus, immune response, and general health and wellness – and as such laying the foundation for longevity.

Can CBD affect longevity?

Yes, it can.

One of the main causes of most illnesses today is inflammation.

We live in a world where we are constantly influenced by external and internal stressors. Stress over time can cause inflammation.

CBD is known for its capabilities to increase focus, stamina and energy, and reduce stress and inflammation, and is thus also an effective longevity agent.

If you use CBD, as intended, you will be able to balance your sleep and appetite, and boost your everyday energy, focus, immune response, and general health and wellness – and as such laying the foundation for longevity.

How do I use CBD?

Since we respond differently to CBD, it is recommended that you patiently find the dosage that makes you find your Vibe.

Are you new to CBD?

Start small (two or three drops) and Go Slow.

You might need to use it a couple of times before you experience any effect.

An average starting dose is 2 to 3 drops, taken 2 to 3 times a day.

Stay at starting dose for 3 to 4 days, then increase with one drop, and evaluate for 2 to 3 days.

If no response, increase with one drop each 2 to 3 days until you get the desired response.

To maintain full effect, be consistent, as with all supplements.

  1. Open the cap, and empty the pipette into the bottle
  2. Close the cap and give the bottle a gentle shake
  3. Squeeze the rubber-end to fill the pipette
  4. Gently squeeze rubber-end for the right amount under your tongue
  5. Let it work for 60 to 90 seconds – then swallow
  6. Find your Vibe and Enjoy.

DOSAGE

What is your desired effect?

Higher dosages produce a more sedated state.

How do I know CBD is working?

The effect will vary from person to person, as we are unique, as also in our endocannabinoid systems. As is also the case with most supplements, medicines and natural medicines. Therefore we will respond differently to the intake of CBD oil, as well.

The most common effect in the beginning, is that VIBE CBD takes the edge off stress, balance your energy, increase focus and stamina, and improve sleep.

Some will also feel a slight summing in the ears, and some feel the first effects as soon as 30 minutes after consumption.

The long-term effects will gradually set in after about 1 to 2 weeks of consistent use. If you don’t feel the effect, please increase your dosage, to find your Vibe.

What does Full Spectrum CBD mean?

A Full Spectrum CBD contains compounds from the whole Hemp plant. The effect of CBD is much more potent, when all these beneficial compounds work together - As nature made it.

Our Vibe CBD is a Full Spectrum CBD Tincture, and as such contains a wide variety of cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and other beneficial nutrients from the whole plant.

Full spectrum CBD also contain a low amount of THC, as the compounds of a Full Spectrum CBD  works better together.

The EU regulations states that CBD Oil should not have more than 0,2% THC. Thus, our VIBE CBD Tincture contains 0,2% THC.

Read more about THC, in our FAQ paragraph 12.

Can I get addicted to CBD?

No, CBD is not an addictive substance, as it is not psychoactive, nor contains any other addictive compounds. You can quit whenever you want.

Although, we find it worth mentioning that a lot of our satisfied customers are so happy with the effects that they say they will never quit.

Does CBD cause any side-effects?

As far as research has shown so far, there are little to mild side effects from CBD use. As long as you buy it from a trustworthy supplier you should be safe.

You might however feel a little tired, light headed, experience dry mouth, upset stomach, and low blood pressure, but all of this will pass.

There has been some reports on interaction between CBD and other medicines and alcohol. If you use other medicines, please consult your doctor before you start with CBD. We do not recommend using alcohol when using CBD.

CBD is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not use after organ transplantation, together with antiviral HIV/ AIDS drugs, antidepressants [SSRIs, SNRIs, MAO inhibitors].

Is CBD legal?

EU has set a standard that CBD containing less than 0,2% THC is legal in EU.

Although EU has set the regulations, most countries are still under regulation. Every country can adjust the regulations within the EU frames. So far, a lot of European countries is unregulated, but the regulations will come successively and most of Europe will open up for CBD as a dietary supplement, and/ or natural medicine, as USA, Canada and Germany have already done.

If you buy online, or abroad you are responsible for the import of the goods. Meaning that it is not the sender that is responsible, but you as a receiver, as you are the one who is importing it to your country.

Check the status in your own country.

What is ESC?

ESC is short for the Endocannabinoid system, which is a vast network of cannabinoid receptors, existing everywhere in the human body, from the skin, lungs and mouth, throughout our digestive system, heart, liver, spleen, gallbladder, to our glands, blood, heart and brain.

ECS regulates, among other things: sleep, immune response, inflammation, pain, metabolism and appetite.

CBD also affects homeostasis, which is the body’s self-regulating processes to maintain stability as it adapt to the conditions that are best for the body’s survival. For example: temperature, body fluids, blood pressure and blood sugar.

The presence of ESC in humans and animals indicates that both humans and animals have benefitted from the natural hemp plant for generations, as evolution has perfected our organisms.

What is THC?

Our CBD Tinctures contain less than 0,2% THC*, and as such you get no “high”, as CBD is neither intoxicating nor psychoactive. But you get all the medical benefits of the hemp plant.

*THC is short for Tetrahydrocannabinol and is the psychoactive compound in Cannabis.

What is Cannabis Sativa?

The botanical name of the plant family, which includes among others the marijuana and hemp plant, is Cannabis Sativa.

While the marijuana plant holds higher levels of THC (THC is short for Tetrahydrocannabinol and is the psychoactive compound in Cannabis), the Hemp plant holds low levels of THC, and much higher levels of CBD, and as such the best of the two for making CBD extracts.

What is Hemp Seed oil?

Our CBD Drops are liquid extracts of hemp. We use Hemp Seed oil as carrier/ base oil.

Carrier oils (also called base oils) are used to help dissolve and transport the CBD extract.

Our Hemp Seed oil is unrefined pure and natural oil from the seed of the hemp plant. Hemp seed oil contains 80% essential fatty acid, which is the highest amount of any plant, and contains an ideal balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6.
